The laws against FM transmitters have now been relaxed, this means that you can now safely broadcast your music or telephone conversations to your car stereo without fear of breaking the law. There are many different FM transmitters available for the iPhone, the best two manufacturers would have to be Belkin or Griffin. Both FM transmitters plug into the port at the bottom of your iphone and can be set to a certain frequency that your car stereo can pick up.

There are a lot of cheaper FM transmitters available, having tried them they really are a waste of money, they are not powerful enough to give a good signal that you stereo can pick up and the sound quality becomes poor, you will also probably experience some feedback from the car engine as well. Save your money and get a branded one.
